We have designed two artist catalogs for Christine Ebersbach that follow the same principle. They each provide an overview of her work.
The different genres of woodcut, watercolor and acrylic structure the book. Each chapter is based on a different design grid and emphasizes the diversity of the image sizes. Texts on her works divide the chapters and reinforce the dramaturgy by using a different, strong paper.
The haptic is an important theme, which is also supported by the open binding.
