The BE Magazine of Künstlerhaus Bethanien presents the work of each of the Künstlerhaus’s international fellows. We have been designing the magazine since 2016.
The Be Magazine is the yearbook of the Künstlerhaus. It presents artists who are guests at Künstlerhaus Bethanien. Various authors write texts for the magazine, which also includes an overview of the history of Künstlerhaus Bethanien and a documentation of the video series Phantom Horizons by Robert Seidel.
Our design concept for the BE Magazine focuses on the internationality and diversity of the artists. The magazine layout is very striking and dense, but still leaves plenty of room for the individual works.
